The multi-thematic "Town By The River Festival" is a great celebration of the city where thousands of people participate. It is organized by the Cultural Artistic Association "Anapnoi" and the Municipality of Levadia. In essence, it is a big multi-day art festival with national scope, which takes place every year after 15 June in the centre of the city of Livadia, in the beautiful Krya. Local artists play an important role in the activities. The Town By The River Festival is a complex, unique project for our country, which enables artists and creative people to express themselves and attempts to introduce the local community to new trends, ideas and contemporary forms of art. A meeting of art and creativity that attempts to develop new personal and artistic ties and timeless cultural partnerships. But it does not stop there, as national sports competitions are now also organised. Each festival ends with a major concert by well-known musicians.
