National Path 22 connects Mount Parnassos with Mount Parnitha, which passes through the spruce mountain range of Mount Helicon from the valley of the Muses and reaches the village of Agia Anna. From there, one branch climbs to the highest peak of Mount Helicon Paliovouna (1749 m), while the other leads to Arvanitsa. The path continues northwards and climbs up to the camping center of Paliomilia and from there to the peaks of Megali Loutsa (1553 m) and Kapsala (1547 m) as well as to the meadow of Pano Ronies (1120 m), the traditional village of Elikonas (820 m) (formerly Zeriki) and descends to the village of Kiriaki (780 m). From there starts the gorge of Kleissoura that passes the acropolis of ancient Sterida and ends at the sea at the old metochion of the monastery of Saint Loukas.

At Megali Loutsa (1553 m) three interesting marked routes converge: 3, 4, and 020. Route 3 starts from Pano Sourpi and passing through the Pano Ronies meadow, reaches the top of Megali Lutsa. Route 4 starts from the center of Kiriaki village and through the Vouze hill reaches the peak of Megali Loutsa. Route 020 starts from the traditional village of Elikonas (780 m) and at the beginning follows the National Trail 022. Through the Camping Centre of Paliomilia (900 m) it reaches the peak of Megali Loutsa.

Well-marked uphill paths start from the Monastery of Agia Jerusalem, the campsite at Lapathia and Dafleia to the top of Mount Parnassos and Delphi.
