The Elatochori Ski Resort lies on the northeastern side of the Pierian mountains; specifically on the “Papa Chorafi” position. 1450 metres above the valley floor, the ski resort is perfectly located where visitors can enjoy the magnificent view of Mount Olympus and Aliakmonas river.

Despite being a relatively new ski resort, it has become a popular attraction for winter sports lovers enjoying the slopes due to the state-of-the-art infrastructure within the ski resort as well as in the surrounding area.

The ski resort facilities include 10 ski slopes ranging in altitude and level of difficulty. Visitors will also enjoy the snowboard and sleigh-riding slopes. The slopes and the snow pathways connecting the slopes are more than 12.000 meters long.

The ski resort includes a two-floor chalet, a gift shop, a ski and snow equipment rental shop and a ski school. There is also a fully equipped medical practice with a permanent doctor daily.

Sports activities like soccer, track, horse riding, etc. also take place within the ski resort facility.
