The Holy Church of Saint Demetrios is a building from the 17^th century and is the central Church of the mountains village of Agios Dimitrios, 840m above the valley floor and 35km from Katerini, on the road to Elassona, on the area Stena of Petra, between Mount Olympus and the Pierian mountains.
